Buyer answers

RFQ template FAQ

Question

Why should an egg carton RFQ include packing-line data?

Line data helps the supplier plan samples and validation instead of quoting only on count, print, and destination.

Question

Should artwork be final before sending an RFQ?

No. Early references are useful. Final dielines, claim review, and finish decisions can happen after the supplier confirms the practical route.

Question

What should buyers send if exact annual volume is unknown?

Share launch order, expected monthly range, target retail program, and likely repeat rhythm so the quote can be scoped honestly.
