What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 20,000 pieces per design and carton format. Freight and loading assumptions are confirmed during quote review because they change by format mix, finish, and destination.
How do I get a quote?
Visit our Get a Quote page, select your carton size, share your estimated volume and destination, and submit your details. You'll receive a detailed quote via email within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), and can discuss other arrangements for established customers.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We offer flexible terms for repeat customers.
Production & Lead Times
What is the lead time?
Standard lead time is 6-8 weeks from artwork approval to delivery at your facility. This includes artwork proofing (3-5 days), production (3-4 weeks), and shipping (2-4 weeks depending on destination). Rush orders may be available.
How do you ensure consistent quality?
Our cartons are produced in certified, food-safe facilities with strict quality controls and international sustainability standards (BRC/FSC). Certificates are available on request.
Can you handle rush orders?

Customization & Printing
What surfaces can be printed?
Every surface! Unlike standard cartons that only print on the top lid, our cartons offer full-surface printing: top lid, front panel, back panel, both side panels, bottom, and inside. This gives you 3x more branding space than competitors.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, JPG, and PNG files. For best results, provide vector artwork (AI or PDF) and high-resolution assets (300 DPI+). After confirming your carton size, we provide the exact dielines/specs your designer needs.
Can you help with design?
We don't offer in-house design. If you need help, we can recommend packaging design partners familiar with print-ready carton layouts and premium finishes.
What finishing options are available?
We offer gold, silver, copper, rose gold, and custom color metallic foils, UV spot coating for high-gloss contrast, and matte or gloss finishes across all surfaces.
Quality & Certifications
What certifications do you have?
We hold BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification for food safety, can support FSC documentation for responsibly sourced material programs, and use PFAS-free materials. Certificates and test documentation are available on request.
Are your cartons PFAS-free?
Yes. Evolo cartons use PFAS-free materials, and we can provide supporting test certificates upon request.
Will your cartons work with my packing equipment?
Our cartons support MOBA and SANOVO compatibility workflows and should be validated against your exact line model, speed, egg size, and carton format through samples or a line trial before bulk production.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via sea freight. Lead times depend on destination and schedule, and we provide shipping documents and tracking details after dispatch.
How are cartons shipped?
Cartons usually ship by sea freight for bulk orders. The qualified quote confirms the loading plan, destination assumptions, export documentation, and expected timeline.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and shipping documents. We can also share updates via email and coordinate directly with the shipping line as needed.
